By accessing GrantHunterPro.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our platform is designed to assist with grant discovery and drafting using artificial intelligence.

2. Subscription Tiers & Gating

We offer four primary access levels:

• Monthly ($49.99): Full database search and standard AI drafting.
• Quarterly ($149.99): Discounted recurring access.
• Annual ($499.99): Includes "External Import" features and a 100% Ad-Free experience.
• Lifetime ($999.99): All current and future "GrantOS" features for a one-time fee.

3. AI-Generated Content

GrantHunterPro provides AI-assisted drafts via Google Gemini. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee the success of any grant application. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before submission to funding bodies.

4. External Imports

Annual and Lifetime users may import external grant URLs. By importing a grant, you acknowledge that GrantHunterPro may add this opportunity to our master database for the benefit of the community after review.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through your Profile. Given the digital nature of our AI tools and database access, refunds are generally not provided except as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use automated "bots" or scripts to scrape our database. Your account is for your personal or organizational use only and may not be shared.

7. Limitation of Liability

GrantHunterPro is provided "as is." We are not liable for any missed deadlines, incorrect grant data, or failed funding attempts.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
